Don't mistake my kindness for weakness...Joshua FarrThis website is dedicated to my brother and friend Joshua Paul Farr. He was born on June 2nd 1988 in Denton, Texas to Mary and Albert Farr of Gainesville, Texas. He was a loving son, brother, friend, and newly engaged to Ashley Marie Bernal. He lived a happy life and touched all who he came to meet. He always had a smile on his face as well as putting smiles on the faces of all he met. He graduated high school in 2006 from Gainesville Senior High School. He worked for Pizza Hut in Gainesville Texas for some time. He also worked for the Microtel in Thackerville Oklahoma before he joined the U.S. Army in 2006. He left for Boot Camp in South Carolina in July 2006. He graduated 3 months later with high honors. After graduation he moved to Sierra Vista, Arizona for his real training and classes as an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot. He came home to his family and friends for what we did not know would be his last Christmas home. We laughed and loved each other for what would be our last Christmas and time with Joshua. After he left and went back to Arizona, Joshua got the car of his dreams, a red Trans Am Firebird, and met the love of his life Ashley Marie Bernal. On May 15th 2007, Joshua got down on one knee at Ashley's brother's baseball game and proposed marriage. Joshua made us all laugh when he said he was sweating bullets! Ashley said yes excitedly and made Joshua's life complete. Three fateful days later in the early morning hours of May 19th 2007 Joshua and Ashley were in a fatal car accident taking them both to Heaven and off this earth from family and friends. I hope this website can be of a great rememberance of Joshua Paul Farr's life on earth and his happiness he brought to everyone. May his soul rest in the Lord's presence forever.
